After graduating from the TGM higher technical college in electronics (biomedical engineering), Martin Babeluk went on to study pharmaceutics at the University of Vienna. Here he focused on organic chemistry and gas chromatography.
While still a student, he worked at the Medical University of Vienna and the University of Barcelona in the field of pure research, specialising in cell culture, Western blot and PCR. He completed his dissertation at the University of Barcelona’s Department of Pharmacology.
Martin Babeluk joined the Babeluk patent law firm as a trainee patent attorney in 2017 and became a European Patent Attorney in 2021. In 2022 he became Austrian Patent Attorney. He is mainly entrusted with matters relating to medical engineering, electronics and the automotive industry.
